2013 Monthly Resolutions!

Created a new page on Mission Abspossible!  http://missionabspossible.com/2013-monthly-resolutions/  I’m super excited to try and see how many fitness/health related resolutions I will dominate this year!  First up, January…and 100 pushups a day.  (starting on 1/7 due to back injury.  Also, 1 handed pushups by 1/31  eeeeeeek!)

More to come as I think of some unique different and NEW things to do!
(what’s excluded(due to having done already in the past  :)   )
*No booze for a month
*Run a marathon
*Vegan/Vegetarian month

    Happy New Year !!
    Love this idea of having different resolutions/goals for each month. It seems like a great way to keep the motivation at the top!

    • That’s *exactly* what I was thinking too, to keep myself motivated! I’ll be thinking of more things when I get some free time to fill in the rest of the calendar. :)

    So how are the January resolutions going? Keeping it up?!
    And what about the Feb resolutions, any ideas yet?

    • Ugh, terrible! I fully admit I’ve been slacking. I started off great with the January resolution, about 5-6 days in a row…arms were feeling sore but good! ha. However, life got in the way and things were really darn busy, slacked a bit on workouts this week.

      I’m going to have to update the page this week sometime and think of more resolutions!
